BS5837:2012 Arboricultural Impact Assessment (AIA) and Arboricultural Method Statement (AMS)

We provide planning-ready impact assessments, alongside a practical arboricultural method statement for tree protection measures during construction. This will include advice on the order of works, site supervision, and ways to reduce potential harm.

Arboricultural Clerk of Works

Our tree experts can act as on-site arboricultural oversight for your developments and projects, to help you meet planning conditions and prevent costly damage to trees during construction projects. 

Tree safety/condition assessments

We will provide clear risk ratings and practical recommendations to help you meet your duty of care while balancing safety, tree health and amenity value. 

Ancient and veteran tree assessments and management plans

We will design proportionate, long-term management plans to protect tree roots, surrounding habitats and tree heritage value. These will include recommendations for ongoing monitoring and minimal-intervention actions where appropriate. 

Tree climbing/aerial inspections

Our arboriculturists will carry out detailed inspections to confirm defects and inform safe management of your trees. They can also check potential bat roost features where required. 

Tree Preservation Order (TPO) work specifications

We will prescribe clear, compliant schedules of work to assist your applications and approvals for Tree Preservation Orders. 

Landscape plans, maintenance schedules and planting specifications

For developments where landscaping is a planning requirement, we can provide delivery-focused documents to ensure planning conditions are met and support successful aftercare.
